Mrs. Rubinstein has been working as a guide in Istanbul for 20 years. She studied at St. Benoit French High School and majored in French and Roman Languages and Literature at Istanbul University. She speaks Turkish, French, English, Italian and Yiddish. She specializes in Art History, Byzantine Art, Ottoman History, Archeological Heritage of Istanbul and Jewish Heritage in Turkey.
